Reasons for Contacting You

Westfield Bank will only contact you on an unsolicited basis for the following reasons:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity on your account
  • Inactive/dormant account
  • Notification of a change or disruption in service
  • Confirmation of changes submitted to your online banking profile

Additionally, if you receive an unsolicited contact from a Westfield Bank employee, your identity will be confirmed through a series of security questions.

  • Lost/stolen credit and debit cards
