Start by enrolling

Let your banker know that you’d like to begin accessing the Mobile Deposit for Business app and making the transition from your in-office scanner. Simply share the name, role, office address, phone number, and e-mail of anyone you’d like to enroll.

Begin limitless deposits

Start depositing an unlimited number of checks from anywhere you are. Simply snap photos of the front and back of your endorsed check, and upload them directly from your phone to deposit. For reporting, your mobile deposits will be integrated into the dashboard you currently use.

Here are some helpful tips as you take photos:

  • Place the check on a flat, dark background
  • Ensure all four corners of the check are in frame
  • Focus camera so that all numbers are clear and easy to read
  • Use good lighting to ensure readability
Deposit a check with Mobile Deposit for Business

1. Log in to your Mobile Deposit for Business app

2. Once logged in, select “Deposit” from the menu

3. Click "Add Check"

4. Enter the exact value of the check in the fillable field labeled "Enter Amount"

5. Endorse the back of your check and write "For mobile deposit only at Westfield Bank."

6. Take a photo of the front of your check as well as the endorsed back by selecting "Front" and "Back"

7. Select the account you wish to deposit the check into in the "Customer Associated With Check" field

8. Add your transaction data

9. Click "Make Deposit" to confirm your check deposit
